Ingredients:
- 30 - Rome apples peeled, cored, thinly sliced
- 4 pounds - unsweetened frozen blueberries
- 4 1/2 cups - sugar
- 1/4 cups - flour
- 1/2 cups - lemon juice
- 3/4 cups - water
- 6 cups - rolled oats
- 3 cups - whole wheat flour
- 2 cups - all-purpose flour
- 4 cups - brown sugar
- 1 tablespoons - ground cinnamon
- 2 1/4 cups - butter
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine ingredients for filling. Pour into full pans. Cover and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Remove cover.
2. While fruit is baking, prepare streusel. In large bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter. Press into clumps and sprinkle over top of fruit.
3. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes, or until fruit is bubbly and topping is golden brown.
