Ingredients:
- 2 cups - Sugar
- 1 cups - vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoons - vanilla
- 2 - eggs
- 4 cups - red delicious apples chopped
- 1 cups - walnuts chopped
- 2 1/4 cups - flour
- 1 teaspoons - soda
- 1 teaspoons - salt
- 1 teaspoons - cinnamon
- - brown sugar
Directions:
Cream together the sugar, oil and vanilla. Add the eggs and mix. Next add the apples and walnuts and stir well. Sift in the four. Add the soda, salt and cinnamon. Put into a greased and floured cake pan.
Sprinkle brown sugar on top and bake 45 minutes to an hour at 350 degrees.
