It's never specified what kind of fish to use with this recipe, but I personally prefer to use halibut or another white fish.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cups - butter
- 3 tablespoons - soy sauce
- 1 tablespoons - lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoons - dill weed
- 1 - clove garlic minced
- 1 teaspoons - oregano
- 1/4 teaspoons - thyme
- 1/2 teaspoons - rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoons - taragon
- 1/2 teaspoons - basil
- 1 cups - mushrooms sliced
- 1/2 cups - green onions sliced
- 1 pounds - fish fillets
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375˚
Melt the butter, add the soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, and herbs.
Saute in herb butter: mushrooms and green onions.
Place fish in baking dish, pour the herb butter over, and bake.
