Ingredients:
- 27 1/2 pounds - broccoli florets
- 15 cloves - garlic minced
- 7 1/2 - shallots sliced thin
- 2 cups - butter
- 4 1/4 cups - coarsely chopped pecans
Directions:
1. Place broccoli florets in hotel pans and steam until crisp tender. Drain well and set aside.
2. In large skillets, over medium-high heat, melt butter and cook until butter begins to brown. Add minced garlic and shallot slices; cook 1 minute. Add pecans and cook another 1-2 minutes or until toasted.
3. Pour butter sauce over broccoli and toss gently to coat. Serve immediately.
