Since there is just two of us. I make one 2 dough rectangle & use the other 4 rolls to make fruit pockets. (See my recipe for Peaches & Cream Pockets) for dessert. Instead of rolls you can use pie dough. This with fruit or a salad make an excellent meal.

Ingredients:
- 1 cans - (8 oz) Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
- 1 pounds - skinless chicken breast thinly sliced or cubed
- 1/2 - medium green/red/or banana prpper thinly sliced or cubed
- 1/2 teaspoons - garlic powder
- 1/2 - onion thinly slice or chopped
- - salt & pepper to taste
- 6 slices - Provolone cheese
Directions:
1) Heat oven to 375 degree. Spray cookie sheet.
2) Unroll dough. Spread dough into 4 rectangles with 2 triangles each. Seal perforations to form each rectangle; place on cookie sheet.
3) Bake 8-10 mins, just until started to get golden. Set aside to cool.
4) Meanwhile, in 10 inch skillet, place chicken, peppers & onion. Sprinkle with garlic, salt & pepper. Cook over medium heat 12 -14 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center & vegetables are soft. Remove skillet from heat.
5) Spread half of chicken mixture on dough rectangle. Top with slices of cheese. Place second dough rectangle over cheese.Repeat with remaining 2 dough rectangles & chicken mixture to make second sandwich. Place both on cookie sheet.
6) Bake 5- 10 minutes longer or until cheese has melted. Let sandwiches stand 5 minutes before slicing & serving.
