Chinese Chicken

Ingredients:

  1. 1 tablespoons - Canola oil
  2. 1 tablespoons - Cornstarch
  3. 1 1/2 - Chicken breasts cooked and cubed
  4. 1 cups - Chicken broth reduced sodium
  5. 5 - Green onions with tops Sliced
  6. 1 tablespoons - Soy sauce reduced sodium
  7. 4 stalks - Celery Sliced
  8. 8 ounces - Water chestnuts drained and sliced
  9. 3 - Carrots thinly sliced
  10. 4 cups - Cabbage shredded
  11. 2 tablespoons - Sliced almonds

Directions:

Heat oil in electric skillet. Add chicken, green onions, celery, carrots, and cabbage. Cook on medium high 3 to 4 minutes. Dissolve cornstarch in broth and add to chicken and vegetables. Sprinkle with soy sauce and stir. Add water chestnuts and slices almonds and heat through.
