Chinese Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  1. 1 - Egg
  2. 1 tablespoons - Water
  3. 1 tablespoons - Butter
  4. 1 tablespoons - Vegetable oil
  5. 3 - Green onions chopped
  6. 1 cups - uncooked instant brown rice
  7. 1/2 cups - Grated rice
  8. 2 tablespoons - Soy sauce
  9. 1 teaspoons - Ground black pepper
  10. 1/4 cups - Parsley chopped
  11. 8 ounces - White chicken meat, chopped

Directions:

In a small bowl, beat egg with water. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium low heat. Add egg and leave flat for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from skillet and cut into shreds. Heat oil in same skillet; add onion and carrot; sauté until soft. Then add rice, soy sauce, pepper, parsley, and chicken. Stir fry together for about 5 minutes, then stir in egg. Serve hot.
