Ingredients:
- 1 packages - 18 oz. refrigerated sugar cookie dough softened
- 1/3 cups - creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cups - chopped nuts optional
- 1/2 cups - semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cups - rolled oats uncooked
- 1/2 cups - plain candy-coated chocolate pieces, like M&M's
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375° F. Unwrap cookie dough and place in large mixing bowl.
2. Add peanut butter to cookie dough and mix well.
3. Add nuts and remaining ingredients to cookie dough and mix until thoroughly blended.
4. Drop dough 1 inch apart onto a baking stone (or lightly greased baking sheet) and bake for 16-18 minutes (on baking stone; or 12-14 minutes on baking sheet) until cookies are light golden brown.
5. Cool 1 minute on the pan before removing to a cooling rack. Once completely cooled, store in an airtight container.
