Country Sausage and Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - Jimmy Dean sausage
  2. 1 1/2 cups - milk
  3. 12 ounces - Velveeta
  4. 1/2 cups - Dijon mustard
  5. 1 cups - diced, drained tomatoes
  6. 1 cups - sliced mushrooms
  7. 1/3 cups - sliced green onions
  8. 1/8 teaspoons - cayenne pepper
  9. 12 ounces - cooked elbow macaroni
  10. 2 tablespoons - Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Brown sausage. Reserve.

Cook milk, cheese, and mustard in medium saucepan until mixture is smooth.

Add remaining ingredients. Spoon into greased casserole. Bake for 20 minutes.
