Cream Cheese Tarts

Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 - graham crackers crushed
  2. 4 tablespoons - butter
  3. 8 ounces - cream cheese softened
  4. 1/4 cups - sugar
  5. 1 - egg
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - vanilla

Directions:

Line mini-muffin tins with small paper cup liners.
Mix graham crackers and butter together, then press graham mixture into cups.
Mix together cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Then place filling on top of graham mixture.
Bake in 350° oven for 8-10 minutes.
Different toppings may be added after tarts cool.
