Fast Fruit Cobbler

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - flour
  2. 1 cups - sugar
  3. 2 teaspoons - baking powder
  4. 1 cups - milk
  5. 1 teaspoons - vanilla
  6. 2 cups - sliced peaches (or your favorite fruit)
  7. 1 sticks - butter melted

Directions:

Combine flour, sugar, and baking powder in a 2 quart baking dish. Stir in milk and vanilla to make a thin batter.

Place fruit slices over the batter and then drizzle butter over the top. (Do Not Stir!)

Bake at 350 degrees F for about 25 to 30 minutes or until browned.

Other fruit may be substituted for the peaches.
