Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 cups - Tomato juice (13 1/2-oz.)
  2. 1 cubes - Beef buillon
  3. 1 tablespoons - Salad oil
  4. 3 drops - Tobasco
  5. 2 tablespoons - Bell pepper Chopped
  6. 1 whole - Tomato Chopped
  7. 1 cloves - Garlic Chopped
  8. 2 tablespoons - Wine vinegar
  9. 1/2 teaspoons - Worchestershire sauce
  10. 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
  11. 2 tablespoons - Onion Finely chopped
  12. 1/4 cups - Unpared cucumber
  13. 1/2 whole - Avocado Chopped

Directions:

1. Heat juice to boiling. Add boullion cube and salt. Stir until dissolved. Cook to lukewarm.

2. Add all other ingredients. Pour into glass container; seal and refrigerate into chilled.

3. Add 1/2 medium avocado 2 hrs. before serving.
