Ingredients:
- 4 ounces - Cream Cheese softened
- 2 - Large eggs
- 1/4 cups - grated parmesan
- 1/2 teaspoons - dried Italian seasoning
- 2 cups - shredded mozzarella
- 1 pounds - ground beef or italian sausage
- 1 - Yellow onion, small chopped
- 1 teaspoons - garlic minced
- 1 1/2 cups - ricotta cheese
- 1 jars - tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoons - dried oregano
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 and line a baking sheet with parchment. Beat together the cream cheese and eggs, then add the parmesan and Italian seasoning. Fold in 1 1/4 cups mozzarella then spread in an even layer on the baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until set. Then chill for 20 minutes before cutting into thirds.
Cook the ground meat, onion and garlic in a skillet until browned. Drain and stir in 3/4 cup low carb tomato sauce and simmer on low for 10 minutes..
Spoon 1/4 cup of tomato sauce into a loaf pan and top with one slice of the baked noodle. Sprinkle with one-third of the beef mixture and 1/4 cup of mozzarella plus 1/4 cup of ricotta.
Top with another noodle slice and repeat the layers. Sprinkle the top with oregano. Bake for 20 minutes until hot.
