By the time you make the sauce and buy all the ingredients, you'll have a lot of leftover ingredients. Go ahead, buy one more container of ricotta, and make a double batch. It freezes pretty well or you can feed a lot of friends.

Ingredients:
- 12 - jumbo pasta shells
- 2 - medium egg whites lightly beaten
- 1 3/4 cups - part-skim ricotta cheese
- 1 teaspoons - garlic powder
- 1 tablespoons - oregano or italian seasoning
- 1 cups - mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1/2 cups - parmesan cheese shredded
- 2 cups - Mom's pasta sauce, or jarred equivelent
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook pasta according to package instructions.
Coat a 9 x 13 baking pan with cooking spray, spread 1/2 cup of the sauce on the bottom, and set aside.
Combine ricotta cheese, egg whites, garlic powder, oregano and 1/4 cup each of the mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Fill shells with cheese mixture and set in the pan.
Spoon the remaining sauce on the shells, then sprinkle with the remaining cheeses.
Bake 30 minutes.
