Ingredients:
- 1 packages - oreo cookies
- 2 packages - cream cheese softened
- 3/4 cups - sugar
- 2 - eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoons - vanilla extract
- 1 boxes - instant chocolate pudding
- 8 ounces - cool whip
Directions:
1. Place a cookie in each tin.
2. Combine cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Beat until fluffy.
3. Spoon mixture over each cookie.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
5. Cool.
6. Prepare pudding using pie instructions and spoon on each cupcake.
7. Top with cool whip and serve.
