Peach Crisp

Ingredients:

  1. 4 cups - peaches peeled, pitted, sliced
  2. 1 1/2 cups - light brown sugar divided
  3. 1 teaspoons - orange juice
  4. 1 teaspoons - vanilla extract
  5. 1/8 teaspoons - ground ginger
  6. 1/8 teaspoons - ground cinnamon
  7. 1 cups - self-rising flour
  8. 1 - egg
  9. 1/2 cups - unsalted butter melted

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375° F. Coat a 9-by-9-inch casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside.

2. In a large bowl, combine peaches, 1/2 cup brown sugar, orange juice, vanilla, ginger and cinnamon. Spoon peach mixture into prepared dish.

3. In a medium bowl, combine remaining 1 cup brown sugar, flour and egg. Crumble evenly over peaches. Pour butter over topping. Do not stir.

4. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
