Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups - Fresh or frozen unsweetened sliced, peeled peaches
- 2 tablespoons - Rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons - Granulated sugar or packed light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoons - All-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoons - Butter Softened
- 1/8 teaspoons - Ground ginger, nutmeg or cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons - Pecans, walnuts or almonds, optional Coarsely chopped
- - Fat-free half-and-half, optional
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375. For filling, thaw peaches, if frozen; do not drain. Divid fruit between two 8- to 10-oz. ramekins or 10-oz. custard cups.
2. For topping, in a small bowl, combine oats, sugar, flour, butter and ginger. Stir in chopped nuts, if using. Sprinkle topping over peaches.
3. Bake until fruit is tender and topping is golden brown, 25 to 30 min. Serve warm. Serve w/ fat-free half-and-half, if desired.
