Ingredients:

  1. - Seasoning Salt
  2. - Parsley Flakes
  3. - Garlic Powder
  4. 18 - Worchestershire Sauce (Squirts)
  5. 1 whole - Large Onion chopped
  6. 2 bunches - Scallions chopped
  7. 4 sticks - Celery chopped
  8. 1 whole - Green Pepper chopped
  9. 1 whole - Red Pepper chopped
  10. 5 cans - Tomatoes (16oz Cans) squish with hands
  11. 5 cans - Tomato Sauce (4oz Cans)
  12. 2 cans - Tomato Paste (6oz Cans)
  13. 2 packages - Chili Seasoning
  14. 2 pounds - Pasty Meat (Course Ground Beef and Pork)
  15. 3 1/4 pounds - Ground Beef Chuck
  16. - Salt
  17. - Pepper
  18. - Garlic Salt
  19. 2 cans - Light Red Beans with juice
  20. 2 cans - Dark Red Beans with juice
  21. 1 cups - Chili Powder

Directions:

In Large Pot
Onion
Scallions
Celery
Green Pepper
Red Pepper
Tomato
Tomato Sauce
Tomato Paste
Chili Seasoning

Brown:
Pasty Meat
Ground Beef Chuck
Salt, Pepper and Garlic Salt as you brown
DRAIN AFTER BROWN!!

Add to Meat:
Light Red Beans
Dark Red Beans
Chili Powder
Sprinkle Seasoning salt, parsley flakes, garlic powder, salt and LOTS of pepper

Add meat and bean mixture to vegetables in large pot.

While simmering, add about 18 squirts of Worchestershire Sauce

Add chili powder as it simmers

Simmer an Serve HOT!!
