Potato Soup

Ingredients:

  1. 3 - carrots
  2. 1 - medium onion
  3. 4 - large potatoes
  4. 1 cans - Cream of Chicken
  5. 1 cans - Evaporated milk
  6. 1/3 pounds - Velveeta

Directions:

Dice carrots, onions and potatoes. Add to sauce pan with water until tender. Drain water. Stir in chicken soup and evaporated milk. Reheat and season to taste.

When hot, add cheese and stir.
