Sandy's Chicken and Parmesan Noodles

Ingredients:

  1. 6 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  2. - seasoned salt such as Lawry's
  3. 1 cans - 10.75 oz. cream of chicken soup
  4. 6 slices - cheddar cheese
  5. 6 slices - Swiss cheese
  6. 1 cups - dry herb stuffing mix
  7. 1/4 cups - butter melted
  8. 1 - recipe of Parmesan Noodles below
  9. 9 ounces - wide egg noodles uncooked
  10. 3 tablespoons - butter
  11. - seasoned salt to taste
  12. 3 tablespoons - sour cream
  13. 1/2 cups - grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Place chicken in a glass baking dish and season with seasoned salt. Spread soup over chicken and top with cheese slices.

3. In a bowl, combine stuffing mix and melted butter (mixture should stick together; add more butter or stuffing, if necessary). Spread over cheese-covered chicken in baking dish.

4. Bake, uncovered for 55-60 minutes or until browned and bubbling; serve with Parmesan Noodles.

FOR PARMESAN NOODLES:

1. Cook noodles in boiling water until tender. Drain and return to saucepan.

2. Add butter and seasoned salt, stirring until butter melts. Add sour cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring to combine.
