Sheila's Favorite Cream Cheese Pound Cake

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - margarine softened
  2. 1/2 cups - butter softened
  3. 3 cups - sugar
  4. 1 dashes - salt
  5. 2 teaspoons - vanilla
  6. 6 - large eggs
  7. 3 cups - cake flour
  8. 8 ounces - cream cheese softened

Directions:

Combine margarine, butter, cream cheese and sugar; mix well.

Add salt and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Add flour and mix well.

Pour batter into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Place pan in a cold oven and set oven at 275 degrees F. Bake for 1-1/2 hours or until done.

Cool in pan.
