Ingredients:
- 2 - lbs. ground beef or ground turkey
- 1 - small onion, diced
- 1 - or 2 small cans of green chillis
- 2 - 32 ounce cans tomato sauce
- 2 - 15 ounce cans petite diced tomatoes
- 2 - 15 ounce cans chilli beans
- 2 - 15 ounce cans light red kidney beans
- 1 - packet chilli seasoning
- 1 - tablespoon chilli powder
- 1/2 - cup brown sugar
- 15 ounces - water
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef and cook onion in large skillet until meat is no longer pink and onion is cooked. Drain. Add meat and onion to large pot.
2. Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, green chillis,kidney beans, chilli beans, chilli seasoning packet, chilli powder, brown sugar and 15 ounces of water to pot. Stir to combine.
3. Bring chilli to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes.
4. Serve with your favorite shredded cheese, crackers, or corn chips!
