Ingredients:

  1. 2 pounds - ground beef
  2. 1/2 - medium onion
  3. 1 1/2 cups - water chopped
  4. 1 packages - taco seasoning
  5. 1 cans - chili beans
  6. 1 cans - pinto beans low-sodium, no MSG, 16 oz.
  7. 2 cans - Ro-Tel tomatoes drained, rinsed (low-sodium, no MSG), 16 oz.
  8. 1 cans - corn 10 oz. each
  9. 1 packages - dry Ranch dressing/dip drained, 16 oz.
  10. - tortilla chips
  11. 2 cups - low-fat cheddar cheese baked
  12. - sour cream shredded
  13. 2 pounds - ground beef
  14. 1/2 - medium onion Chopped
  15. 1 1/2 cups - water
  16. 1 packages - taco seasoning
  17. 1 cans - chili beans
  18. 1 cans - pinto beans low-sodium, no MSG, 16 oz.
  19. 2 cans - Ro-Tel tomatoes drained, rinsed (low-sodium, no MSG), 16 oz.
  20. 1 cans - corn 10 oz. each
  21. 1 packages - dry Ranch dressing/dip drained, 16 oz.
  22. - tortilla chips
  23. 2 cups - low-fat cheddar cheese baked
  24. - sour cream shredded

Directions:

Brown ground beef and onion in a large skillet or pot. Add all ingredients except cheese, chips, and sour cream. Simmer for approximately 10 minutes. Crush chips in a bowl, top with soup, cheese, and sour cream.
